I have separated them via comma, like this

db_additional_subscriber_fields
Company_Name,Company_Address,Company_Phone,Company_Fax

and i added them in my mysql databases , but i found them comma separated in
the table in the sympa interface.
I need to make every part has its own table shall i change the HTML code ??

They are presented in a single column in the table (HTML table) of the REVIEW page. Note that it is just a presentation matter, these data are still in separate DB colums. If you want to change this presentation, you'll have to both change the review.tpl and wwsympa.fcgi because the additional fields are not provided to the web pages parser as separate fields. (They are available as separate data in authorization scenario files though)

have another question,

I changed in the code of the page of editsubscriber.tpl to add the fields
listed upwards (Company_Name, ......) but when i fill up these fields (by the
list Manager) and i make upload , nothing happen and these fields are not
filled up.

is there anything else shall i do.

You don't have to change the editsubscriber.tpl template to make additional_subscribers_field editable, they should automatically appear.
As far as you restarted wwsympa.fcgi (a 'touch' is enough) after you edited sympa.conf.

I need to add extra fields in the web interface so that i can fill them up,
or the user can fill them up (on pressing PREFERENCES)

This has not been implemented for the additional_user_fields because it would require additional parameters to define who is allowed to edit each data field (listmaster, listowner, subscribers,...) and it makes things too complicated. This feature just aims at making things easier to add some administrative data to subscriptions ; the aim is not to make Sympa the heart of your Information System ;-)
