The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am new to the list, and new to sympa also.
after the compilation of SYMPA version 3.4.4.3 with postfixi receive this 
error in my maillog
Jan 19 16:11:11 mail2 postfix/local[27337]: 375FE4D257: 
to=<al-eman@mydomain>, relay=local, delay=2, status=bounced (Command died 
with status 1: " /home/sympa/bin/queue al-eman@mydomain")

i read the FAQ but it didn't work so what is the status 1 ??
