sympa can use a different alias file for lists,
the location for this alias file is defined in alias_manager.pl
create this file writable by the sympa user
then add it to postfix main.cf
alias_database= your_current_alias_database,hash:/path/to/sympa/alias
alias_maps=your_current_aliasmaps,hash:/path/to/sympa/alias

check that the aliaswrapper defined in alias_manager.pl is also
existing, setuid root and executable only by sympa group
