The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi all,

I am facing a problem when posting a mail from the webinterface of Sympa, The 
error is 
" cannot append message to destination file /etc/smrsh/queue sympa: cannot 
create file exclusively: Permission denied)"

I have changed the permission of /smrsh/queue to sympa user

is there anything else to do ??
and what is wrong in this 
help me plz
