The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hallo list,

i have a urgent problem with sympa. I have an moderator,
who wants to send a mail to sympa with outlook. the user
is added as moderator and subscriber. If i send a message
to list (it`s a newsletter) the user gets the post.

But if the user sends a mail to the list it will be 
rejected without a reason. Even the syslog shows no message.
