OK, I thought I tested everything....  Now that I have V4.0 in
production, none of my users' passwords are working!  Even resetting
passwords and re-requesting one won't work.  No matter what, in the
debug I see: 

List::get_user_db(address@concealed)
Dec  8 15:33:01 duchovniks wwsympa[19146]: tools::decrypt_password
(snip) )
Dec  8 15:33:01 duchovniks wwsympa[19146]: authentication: incorrect
password for user address@concealed
Dec  8 15:33:01 duchovniks wwsympa[19146]: Authentication failed

I need to see if there was something I missed in the upgrade notes,
etc, but right now I'm stumped.
