You must edit the related scenarii named send.intranet. Copy this file
in ~sympa/etc/scenari then modify it this way :

is_editor([listname],[sender]) smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
is_owner([listname],[sender])  smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
match([sender],/([conf->host])|(ciep\.fr)$/)      smtp,smime,md5    -> do_it
