The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello
I'm trying to install intranet lists.
Sympa is 'address@concealed' and my users are address@concealed.
I want my users' adresses to be considered as local so they can send to
lists they are not subscribed to. But it doesnt work because listes.ciep.fr
is considered as the local domain :

wwsympa.conf has the line :
host            listes.ciep.fr

I want listes.ciep.fr to be the domain of the lists.
How can i tweak the configuration so it works the way i want ?
