That's a bug : sympa assumes that to be allowed to change a email
from a list you must be able to unsubscribe the old email adress
and subscribe the new one. For sure, that's the easiers way to do it,
but in case of changing email scenario must be able to check if the
subscribtion requested is comming from a "changing email".
