I have an odd problem, and I'm trying to figure out how to solve it.

I migrated a large number of lists from mailman to sympa, but since 1) they were not on the same machine, and 2) they are mission-critical - I had to make sure they worked first, I did something which I am now realizing might have been a big mistake: created the lists on a different domain first, then intended to move them.

So I first created a mydomain.org robot, moved the subscribers over, and tested it, and it worked fine.I created an apache virtual host at mydomain.net, which is the domain that actually hosts the list. First thing I tried was to change the domain in the sympa admin interface to mydomain.net. That was OK until the next time I re-started sympa - the list dissappeared from the .org interface, and was not present on the mydomain.net interface.

So I figured that I needed to actually move everything about the list to a new robot, a mydomain.net robot.

So I did that for a test list - made a new robot, configured it, moved the ~/expl/mydomain.org/listname directory to ~/expl/mydomain.net/listname

And fixed all of the mail aliases. And restarted sympa and apache, etc... (I've gotten good at that)

Well, everything works like a charm - sort of. List mail goes through fine, all the headers are correct, the web interface works fine, but, when I moderate a message (on the right interface), I get an email from the sympa system telling me that the list doesn't exist, and the message that I tried to moderate goes into the ether.

Suggestions, help? There clearly is some missing little config thing that I didn't get right.
