I have tried several combinations of things to try and get footers or headers into emails...

 

Of those who have successfully done this, what combinations of footer_type (mime/append) and Reception_mode work for this? 

 

What about headers? 

 

Can the header or footer have any HTML or java-script content? or is plain text all that is allowed?
