I bastardized the summary.tpl with the help of one of the Sympa guys,
but it's still not what I consider up to par with the rest of the
quality of Sympa.  This seems to be (from what I've talked to other
people about) one of the most requested things for Sympa.  I'm not a
perl hack, or I'd do it.  I need to learn perl, but that's on my
perpetual to-do list as well.

Anyone want to help tackle this?  I'll donate resources or bandwidth or
whatever I can....
