It was missing this point, I have just added this :
        To make Sympa install your NLS file and add the new language to all 
        menus, you need to add the new language to :

        1.nls/Makefile (for NLS installation) :
          ## Available catalogues (languages) CAT = fr.cat us.cat es.cat 
de.cat
          it.cat cn.cat tw.cat fi.cat pl.cat cz.cat hu.cat 
        2.wwsympa/wwslib.pm (language choice in the web interface):
          ## Supported web languages @languages =
          ('fr','us','es','it','cn','cz','de','hu'); 
        3.src/List.pm (proposed languages in list config editor) :
          'lang' => {'format' =>
          ['fr','us','de','it','fi','es','tw','cn','pl','cz','hu'], 'default' 
=>
          {'conf' => 'lang'}, 'title_id' => 55, 'group' => 'description' }, 

(*) ==> The language's name displayed on the web interface is defined in the 
        NLS (nls/you_lang.msg) file, set 14,2
