text-based DBD (CSV) will to protect files against write access conflict (a
list may be modified by sympa daemon and one of the wwsympa fastcgi server a
the same moment). So WWSympa also require database, not only bouced.
Anyhow the DBS supported for internal Sympa database are "only"  Mysql,
Oracle, Postgres or Sybase.
