        o New langages: 
                Italian (from Marco Ferrante)
                Chinese (from Tung Siu Fai)
         These are NLS traductions ; we will accept templates translations :)

        o Oracle support for Intern database (Fabien Marquois). 

        o REMIND * new command for listmaster. Send a summary of
         subscription to each subscriber. Edit the global_remind.tplfile
         first. 

        o Automatic removal of incorrect addresses while subscribing to 
        list using a unique return-path in the welcome message. 
        Based on the sendmail plused aliases. This is controled by
        sympa.conf welcome_return_path parameter. 
        (same behavior with remind messages using remind_return_path. 
        This feature requires bounced.pl as distributed with WWsympa. 

        o Integration of parser.pl in Sympa so welcome, removed, bye,
        remind, ... are now parsed. You can use a unique version of these
        messages for simplified administration. 

        o New command INVITE <listname> <email> to invite someone to
         subscribe. 

        o New command LAST <listname> to receive the last message
         distributed in a list.

Bug fixes :

        [reported Richard Balint ]
        Sympa died when openning an unknown scenario. Fixed by adding a
        default in the code which always return "reject"

        [reported by Emmanuel POIRET ]
        Whitespaces are not cleaned at the end of a command (reported
        for DEL)

        Actions and menu templates now have defaults (templates/.default.tpl).

        [Hubert Ulliac ] 
        Using postfix, all subscribers received a digest if no subscriber 
        choose the digest option. Fixed.
