i would be pleased to do that. i didn't previously because i expected some
feedbacks from the packagers

gives the current cpan version as comment. and some diverges a lot.

i produced it with

https://github.com/sympa-community/p5-task-sympa/blob/master/scripts/get_dependency_list

so if you ask me to again, i'll release the Task::Sympa with the current
state of the repository. aside, i have some questions to all you guys:

* can we have a policy for the versions to use for the dependencies ?
  as possible examples:
  * the version provided in debian stable|testing
  * the latest cpan version
  * manually maintained

* as we now have cpanfile
  * is Task::Sympa still relevant ?
  * if so, shouldn't we maintain Task::Sympa via cpanfile ?
  * are there tools for that ?
    (the way i see it, carton is a tool for people who don't expect to
     release anything on cpan)
