Hi developers,

I think it would be better to release Sympa by quarters for the time
being.

Versioning
----------

- Next beta version(s) will be 6.2.19b.X.
- Next stable version will be 6.2.20.

Due dates
---------

- Day of next stable release will be at the date of Southward equinox,
  Friday, 22nd September.
- Debug phase will start about a month before, Monday, 21th August.


Any suggestions?
