Hi,

I want S/MIME signed, encrypted, signed-and-encrypted or
DKIM-signed messages with single-part, multipart/mixed,
multipart/related and multipart/alternative forms for tests, with
corresponding S/MIME and DKIM key.  The signing user may be
fictional.

Would you please provide them?
