Dear all,

That might be my last message, please consider it my testimony.

I'm in a CPAN nightmare here. Explosions everywhere. I don't know if I'll make it alive.

So, here's how everything started. This morning, I casually made my daily Sympa install on our pre-production server. Everything's fine. Then I ran sympa_wizard.pl --check...

At first, for some reason, cpan refused to install DateTime::Format::Mail for the foolish reason that Class::Load was not installed. Why didn't it follow dependencies? I don't know. Well, I tried installing Class::Load and bam ! another unstatisfied dependency. I tried to regenerate config from scratch, checking that dependencies woul be followed. Same result.

Oh well.

I had a message from CPAN that told that my version was not up-to-date and that I really should run install CPAN and reload CPAN and that would be seamless upagre. I foolishly accepted to do so.

Since then, it's hell here.

Here is the result of my last call to sympa_wizard.pl --check:

Seriously? Memory allocation errors in Perl ?
Something must be reeeeelay wrong in my perl settings somewhere. Any advice to help sort this out?
