99% of sympa users won't care about sympa implementation documentation 
(which is what is actually covered by those man pages), and the 
remaining is either already subscribed to this list, or able to read 
them directly with 'perldoc' command, or from sources, so why install them ?

Especially if this requires so much additional Makefile code and 
inventing a new man page section... The added value/cost ratio is 
definitevely not worth the interest here.
