I hardly agree to your arguement that praising contributors' works
is noise.

N.B.: And, you seem to overlook existence of authors contributed by
anonymous commits (sympa-authors).

If you were right, compiled list of authors in README (by your
recent commit) is imcomplete.  Unsatisfactory list is worse
than attribution by each module, I suppose.


I thought in my mind to add "HISTORY" section to each module,
such as:
