What needs to be done to get the automatic list creation to generate a 
basic info file for the lists?  An info file with "Welcome to [% 
listname %]!" would be fine; maybe even a list of owners/editors would 
be helpful as the default "info" content.

I tried adding "description Welcome to [% listname %]!" to the family 
config.tt2 file, but Sympa didn't like that.
