[sympa-fr] Deprecated error

Bonjour,
j'effectue une installation initiale de l'outil de gestion de listes sympa.
Après avoir installé les services prérequis, MySQL, Sendmail, apache, perl et 
modules, libraries, etc… j'obtiens, depuis http://mon_domaine.fr/sympa, la 
page d'accueil sympa au format html, sans css. 

Les logs apache renvoient les erreurs:
