Beta version : sympa 4.0.b1

A new beta version of Sympa is available. This beta version should go
toward a 4.x release soon.

Sympa 4.0.b1 includes numerous bug fixes (refer to the release notes)
and major new features :

• A SOAP server that provides access to Sympa services from other programs (Read the documentation). A sample PHP SOAP client is running on our demo server, as an example : try it.
• Automatic management of bouncing users : Now bouncing subscribers can be automaticaly removed (or notified).
• Integration with CAS Single SignOn system : users can choose their CAS server on the web login page. Once the user is logged in, Sympa will get the user name from the CAS server (Read the documentation)
• Integration with any generic SSO like Shibboleth
