Sympa 3.0 released

This version 3.0 is a major release of Sympa. It includes a lot of changes 
but no
significant uncompatible changes. Major new features : 

 -list configuration edition. At last !!! 
 -S/MIME encryption and HTTPS authentication (because OpenSSL itself is a
  beta test distribution, all features based on OpenSSL are distributed under 
beta
  testing status) 
 -Shared web space for each list. 
 -New web navigation ergonomie : seperate main menu, list menu and admin
  menu, new login process, new administration organization, ....

This version 3.0 has been distributed under alpha and beta testing version 
since
October and has been widely tested. Thanks to all testers and especially to
Olivier Lacroix for a lot of contributions. 

There is hundreds of changes, here are some of them : 

 -Sympa has a better compatibility with fastcgi and suexec : wwsympa do send
  itself messages but just create new files in Sympa main spool. 
 -Makefile include a "make rpm" entry. 
 -New [list->xxx] vars available within scenario conditions 
 -New parameters in "include_ldap_query" paragraph : 
  attrs (default 'mail') attribute containing the email address(es) 
  select (default 'first') if the query returns multiple values, do we keep
  the first one or all of them. 
 -Archived scan "X-no-archive" headers 
 -...
