Migrated sympa from CentOS to RHEL 9 about a year ago, it was fairly seamless.
I can send you migration notes if you're interested.

I’ll go for RHEL 9 and will upgrade for future with leapp for in-place upgrade to future latest RHEL versions.

Go with the distribution you are the most confortable with.Debian usually doesn't have the latest version, which is currently 6.2.78. Debian 13 ships sympa 6.2.76. Racke is taking care of the Debian package. On the RHEL side, sympa package is available in EPEL, and I keep it updated to the latest version.Regards,XavierLe 2026-06-09 14:56, Saadallah Itani a écrit :6.1.17Regards,SaadExt. 2229Sent from my iPhoneOn 9 Jun 2026, at 3:45 PM, Stefan Hornburg <address@concealed <mailto:address@concealed>>wrote:Hello Saad, which Sympa version are you running?Regards RackeOn Tue, 9 Jun, 2026 at 11:35, Saadallah Itani <address@concealed <mailto:address@concealed>>wrote:Dears,I have an old version of Sympa running on old RHEL, which OSdistribution would be the best and has less problems for upgradingeasily across major versions without a lot of downtime ordisruption and would support Sympa latest version?Thank youRegards,_Saad_
