Googling a bit lead to:

but seems still not working, because the '+' suffix in exim is not enabled
by default, need to be enabled.


Now i'm using only a trasport, and putting commands on router, but a router
like:

 sympa_bounce_2:
   debug_print = "R: sympa bounce 2 for $local_part$domain"
   driver = redirect
   domains = LOCAL_SYMPA_DOMAINS
   local_parts = bounce
   local_part_suffix = +*
   local_part_suffix_optional
   data = | /usr/lib/sympa/bin/bouncequeue 
${local_part}${local_part_suffix}@${domain}
   pipe_transport = sympa_transport

work as expected.


Someone have some better/newer/cleaner exim configuration to share?
