Brian,

have you set the sympa alias on the email server correctly?

E.g.
in /etc/aliases:
sympa: "| /usr/lib/sympa/bin/queue sympa"
and for any robots separately with option 'email sympa-domain' in the robot.conf:
sympa-domain: "| /usr/lib/sympa/bin/queue address@concealed"

On Debian I learned that the aliases needed to be set manually.

Good Morning All,

I know I’ve missed something when installing Sympa on RHEL7. (SYMPA VERSION: 6.2.68)

I’ve never been able to get email commands to work. Everything else seems to be working flawlessly. Where are these settings supposed to be?

EXAMPLE:

A user wants to unsubscribe from a list by sending an email to: address@concealed

Any guidance is appreciated!

Thanks,

Brian Pinson
