Yes. What owners can read and/or edit is governed byt the edit_list.conf file. It's documented here: https://www.sympa.community/gpldoc/man/edit_list.conf.5.html

(and you should upgrade at least to 6.2.70; 68 had some deeply-rooted emotional issues).
