The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I would like to set it at the site level. Looking at the sympa.conf file, I’m not seeing anything in regards to file size. Could it be defined somewhere else?

Hello Brian,

This is set by the "max_size" parameter which can be defined at the list, domain or whole site level.

Sympa 6.2.68 has no issue with this parameter, so it must be restrictive somewhere in your configuration.

Also remember that an attachment has weighs roughly 1.4 times its nomal size when embedded in the mail.

Having an issue with emails with attachments are getting denied for being too large, even if they aren’t that big.

 

Sympa version: 6.2.68

 

ERROR MESSAGE:

Your message is too large to send. To send it, make the message smaller, for example, by removing attachments.
