Why would sympa change a multipart message to a singlepart message and puts it in Digest directory?

 

Which factors contribute to make sympa create a Digest mail?

Dears,

 

I have a problem with 1 email not managed to be distributed to subscribers.

 

The email directory is now located under /sympa/spool/moderation/.list@domain

 

Is there a way we can restore the hidden directory that contains the files for the email to the msg queue   so the moderator of the list can distribute it again?
