The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I have install Sympa 6.2.66 and I would like to migrate the data from
my old Sympa server that currently runs 6.2.26. I have dumped and
imported the database, synchronized ARCDIR and SPOOLDIR. Upon starting
the sympa service I got an email that some changes to the database were
made but my lists don't show up in wwsympa. Am I missing some other
upgrade step?
