Does anyone know if messages sitting in the incoming msg queue are processed on a timed loop, or they are processed as soon as possible? I am seeing delays up to 2.5 minutes before sympa picks up on a new message in the msg queue (sent from postfix via /home/sympa/bin/queue).
I'm not seeing sympa do anything else in the time it was waiting, so I don't think there are processing hold ups.
