The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Dears,

after updated sympa (to 6.2.40~dfsg-1) on my debian (debian updated also from 
9 to 10) I’m unable to create new list, or add user to existing list.

When I create a new list I’m unable to add the owner, and the receiving email 
from sympa:

No owner is defined for list test-l.
The list status has been set to error_config.
Check the Sympa log files for more information.

In the logs I have this message:

I would appreciate any advice/hint/solution. 
Worst case I will try to reinstall it from scratch.
