The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Upgraded to 6.2.52 from .48 last week, shortly after an OS update.  Fairly routine.  Lists have been fine until today when I added someone to a couple of lists.  These are unusual lists in that they are public lists with the anti-BCC filter added.

Now getting a bunch of these messages being mailed to me:
> Sympa failed to perform scenario condition for the following reason:
> Error: error-performing-condition
> Check the Sympa log files for more information.
>

When I look at the sympa.log, I see corresponding lines like this:

Is this something "duh" I am missing, or is this a newly-introduced bug?
