The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

On dev system upgraded from 6.2.40 to 6.2.48.  Upgrade appears to have completed successfully.  Server appears to be distributing email fine.  However, seeing a lot of errors like so:

The other pid files are there, but not bulk.pid.  ps shows:

Perl is 5.26.2.
