The last time I checked it appears to have been at 6.2.16 so some time back.  The whitelist 1.2 now uses separate tt2 files rather than patches that are called from the main tt2, to try and make it simpler to install, but its not necessarily clear where to hook them in.  I'll take a look and try to verify under the latest 6.2.x plus give better instructions on where to hook them in.  Alternatively if anyone else has already done it, please post and save me the work ;-)
