The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi there,

I've recently migrated my Sympa server from 6.2.16 (Debian 8) to 6.2.40 
(Debian 10) and upgraded the database with "sympa --upgrade" as per 
https://sympa-community.github.io/manual/upgrade/move.html

I'm now getting a lot of "No owner is defined for list" errors.

The lists seem to have owners defined in 
/var/lib/sympa/list_data/$listname/config and entries in the admin_table 
in MySQL - any idea where else I should be looking?
