The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Can anyone confirm this 5 digit date code is a SAS date code?   If so, what is the beginning date based on?   OS install, sympa install, other?

Greetings - I’m trying to find a reference to the data in msg_count.  E.g.

 

17039   1

18129   1

18136   1

 

I’m under the impression it’s the date and number of messages sent to a mail list.  However, I can’t find anything online and I’m not sure how to turn the 5 digit date code into a human friendly value.  Can someone shed some light?
