The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello

We have an issue concerning families signoff :

The user signs off via family_signoff_request. But he still continues to receive mails from a list of this family.

 

In the Database : 

  After he has signed off, his adress appears in exclusion_table :

                colomn list_exclusion : "family:FAMILYNAME"

                colomn family_exclusion : "FAMILYNAME"

This seems ok 

 

But the line corresponding to his   ubscription is still in subscriber_table.

Shouldn’t this line be removed from  subscriber_table  as it occurs when the user signs off a list  ?

 

Version : sympa 6.2.22
