I've not tried that, but i think it suffices to use 
LDAP_MATCHING_RULE_IN_CHAIN
( eg 
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/adsi/search-filter-syntax),
so something like that:

        (&(objectClass=user)(memberOf:1.2.840.113556.1.4.1941:=groupdn))
