The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I see the scenari’s provide a way to “notify” the list owners about subscribe and unsubscribe events.   e.g. - subscribe.open

true()  smtp,dkim,smime,md5 -> do_it,notify

Is there a way to send these notifications to the listmaster for all subscription events for all lists?  One of the Colleges on Campus recently migrated to Sympa from mailman and this one feature they are missing.
