As far as I know, there is no harm in removing these emails. They are helpful in troubleshooting problems and are often rejected because they are badly formatted or something. In fact, Sympa will purge them regularly based on how you have configured some of the clean_delay_* paramters in sympa.conf.

Hello Sympa Community,
Someone in our organization has installed and configured this local instance of Sympa mail listserv application. This VM is running out of space on the OS side in partition ‘/’, we’ve located a location where there appeared to be a ton of bounce bad messages. Could we manually delete some of the large bounce messages from this directory ?
/opt/sympa/spool/bounce/bad
Example: rm –f /address@concealed
Regards, Freeman
