Hi and thank for your feedbacl!

I did not find these «”» characters in the source code.

However, I fixed the messy layout. Sorry about this.

In the code you copy from the correctly-rendered wiki page, I don't find these weird double quotes. Only you plain old standard double quote.

Could you confirm it please?

The character «”» should be «"». I tried to log into the wiki to change it,
but I have to belong to some listed organization. Could someone change it?
