We just use delay for information lists, no discussion ones. For that kind of lists I think it has no sense to delay delivery.

There is a config option, "delivery_time", for this purpose. You can set it through the GUI or in the list config file on this way:

delivery_time 23:00

Yes, there is a parameter "max_list_members" where you can set a limit. By default it's 0, no limit

NANOG is upwards of 10,000.  Don't know exactly how many since they don't

publish subscriber numbers any more, but when i send a message I see

about 5000 DKIM failures from gmail alone.

Hi Miles,

The two largest lists we're managing are over 41.000 and 35.000 users. But we delay delivery to off-peak time.
