As of Sympa 6.2, database tables are no longer used, mainly because
of performance.  Spools are implemented using filesystem.

In "bulk" spool, there are a file under msg/ and a directory under
pct/ with the same name, e.g.:

   address@concealed,12345,54321

The third number in the name (1450000000 in example above) is
delivery time in Unix time.  Changing this number by renaming _both_
file and directory, you may change delivery time.

All bulk.pl processes would be better to be stopped during renaming
operation.  Or some messages can be lost.
