We also noticed this feature has been removed from the web interface. It is possible to use the Sympa CLI to do this, but obviously requires that your administrators have SSH access to the server. Example usage:

$ su - sympa
$ sympa.pl --change_user_email --address@concealed --address@concealed

There used to be a feature in the sympa list master admin that allowed us to update a user's email address for all list memberships at once. That feature is gone in 6.2.16. Any idea why and can bring it back. It was very useful for us.
