The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

You can only use variables in header/footer if you have mailmerge enabled for the list in question, as mailmerge runs AFTER header/footer addition.

I think it would be really, really helpful to have a header.tt2 and footer.tt2 that are templated before adding, rather than the existing header and footer that are just added and only templated if mailmerge is set, but when I dived into the code to try and do it it turned out to be more complex than I had anticipated.
