The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi there,

First time posting to this list, I searched and I haven't found someone
having this particular issues. 

I'm running Sympa 6.1.11 on Debian

I'm trying to add a user as a listmaster. I have added the user's email
address to the robot.conf and /etc/aliases files that contains the other
listmasters email addresses. I have then run the "newaliases" command and
restarted both the sympa and postfix service. However the user still does
not have listmaster privileges. 

I have read:

But there isn't any information as to getting Sympa to reread the
listsmasters list.

Is there a command to force Sympa to update it's listmaster database? How
and when does Sympa refresh it's listmaster database?
