The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Dear all,

(To prevent spamming you, I'll do only one reminder per week until the survey expires; this is the first one)

We already received 80 answers to our survey. Thanks to all of you!

As a reminder, this survey is organized by the Sympa authors. It has two main goals:
    - better know what you do (or wold like to do) with Sympa, in order to develop it the right way,
    - get communcation material for the project funders.

The more answers we have, the more weight we'll get to optain development resources - and the best way we'll use them.
If you answer to this survey, you help you as much as us.

We learnt a lot of things already. Most of you took time to add remarks in the free text fields at the end of the survey. Thank you! Don't hesitate to tell us exactly what you think. We are always happy to know what goes well, but we also like to know what goes wrong - to fix it.

Some answers remained partially filled. If you meet difficulties while answering, please tell me!

Finally, remember that we don't need exact figures. Orders of magnitude will do.

It's September, Sympa 6.2 is stable and we've already started working on the 7.0 version.
Looks like a good point for some soul-searching.

We have written a little survey (takes 10-15 minutes to fill, tops) in order to better know Sympa users population, usages, qualities and defaults. We have several aims, mainly :
- have a clear view on where to aim future developments,
- make Sympa shine to the project funders.

So if want to keep on getting a nice, reliable, and up-to-date Sympa server, please take some time to fill this survey. It is anonymous
